When Avengers coach Archie Gillis began setting height standards for the Avengers, former Avenger Alec King started a new team, the Misfits to challenge the Avengers. In an upset, Muriel Stacey's Charlottetown Women's team shows up and takes to the ice. Peg Bowen scores the final point and the Misfits defeat the Avengers.
